ARM Capital Partners’ investment team has led, executed, managed and exited investments in the Fund’s geographic and sector focus and has gained an appreciation for the operational and transactional issues relevant to investing in Nigeria and other parts of West Africa. We have accumulated an extensive network of relationships with strategic investors, financial institutions and political and government officials, as well as intermediaries with a long-term commitment to the region.

Charles Church - Managing Director
Charles has worked in the agricultural sector for more than 35 years as an Agricultural Economist with Commercial Banks in South Africa, as an Accredited Consultant to the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) of South Africa, in private practice as a farmer and as an Agribusiness & Risk Management Consultant and Marketing Consultant.
He specialises in the assessment of agribusiness viability through the design, preparation and implementation of bankable agribusiness plans – translating agribusiness goals into clear and action-based plans. Charles was the Manager of Deloitte Africa’s Agribusiness Unit and an Independent Contractor to DAAU.
He holds a B.Sc. Agriculture Honours (Animal Science) degree from the University of Pietermaritzburg, Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa, also a Business Management Diploma, Damelin College, and Senior Management Programme, University of Pretoria Business School, South Africa.
Emeka Emenike - Vice President
Emeka Emenike is a Vice President with ARM Capital Partners. He has 16 years work experience with leading organizations in the Nigerian market spanning the oil field services, commercial banking, investment management and private equity space. Most recently, he was team lead for Principal Investments at ARM where he gained significant transaction experience across private equity, infrastructure and real estate. Emeka earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Marshall Business School of the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
Theo Adewale Onadeko - Vice President
Theo is a Chartered Banker and trained Economist with core expertise in Corporate Strategy, Impact Investing, Agricultural Value Chain Finance, Financial Technology and Management/Development Consulting. He has over 20 years’ experience gained from global, regional and local institutions such as Nigeria Incentive Based Risk-Sharing System for Agricultural Lending (NIRSAL) – a Central Bank of Nigeria Corporation, the International Finance Corporation (IFC) – the private sector arm of the World Bank Group, Financial Sector Deepening Africa (FSDA), German Development Cooperation (GIZ) Nigeria, Halifax Bank of Scotland, UK, AXA Financial Services, UK and the United Bank for Africa Plc Nigeria.
Theo received his MBA in Finance from Alliance Manchester Business School, UK. He holds a Master’s in Development Economics & Policy from the University of Manchester, UK and a Bachelor’s in Agricultural Economics & Farm Management from the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta, Nigeria. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and Certified Associate in Project Management from George Washington University School of Business, USA.
Tochukwu Ezeukwu - Investment Officer
Tochukwu has a sound finance background with over 5 years of expertise in agribusiness finance and investment analysis. His core skills are in business, credit, financial and investment analysis. He has worked on agribusiness including but not limited to business planning, financial modelling, capital raise, transaction structuring, financial due diligence, product & market development and financial advisory.
He worked as Agribusiness Credit Analyst at Union Bank of Nigeria Plc, Asset Management Analyst at UniCapital Plc Nigeria and he is a contributor to various private and public sector agribusiness development and finance programmes.
Tochukwu holds a B.Sc. in Finance from the University of Lagos and is an Associate, Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
