In September 2014, ARM Capital Partners, the manager of ARM Private Equity Fund and IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, announced a joint $9.5 million equity investment in Boulos Foods and Beverages Limited (‘BFB’) to position the Company to become a world-class manufacturer of food and non-alcoholic beverages in Nigeria.
This investment will aid the expansion of a food and beverage processing plant in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria.
